What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?
It is easy to update your LDBOOKS ccccount and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.
'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on LD BOOKS.
Manage/edit your Address Book in which you will update/edit personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids etc.

How to Buy/How to place an order ?
(i) If you have already created an account on this website then "LOG IN" to your account. If you are new then "REGISTER" on our website. Registration is required one time only.
(ii) From the menu Select the product you want to buy.
(iii) Every subject has a "ADD TO CART" button. Select a subject by clicking its "ADD TO CART" button, it will be added to your shopping cart.
(iv) You can Select “Continue Shopping” to buy any number of products.
(v) After Adding your products in shopping cart then click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". Your Billing/Shipping Information will be displayed on next page.
(vi) Read/save/print the details/instructions carefully and click "PLACE ORDER" button at bottom of page to generate a unique order number. NOTE: If you want to delete/remove a subject from your order, click the "View Your Shopping Cart" button on right side. You will see subjects. Click the DELETE (X) button to remove a subject from your order.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been placed and payment authority has been confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it in 24 hours. After the confirmation you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this email you will be provided a unique Order Id (for eg. -------------), a list of item(s) you have ordered & the expected time of delivery.
How to Track My Order(s) status?
Go to "TRACK MY ORDER" on "HOME PAGE" Enter your order id & email Id.
How to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it is not shipped.Contact Customer Support & mention Order No.
What do the different order status mean?
Completed : Your order has been successfully dispatched.
Pending : You payment mode and delivery details have been pending.
Processing : We have received your order and we have forwarded to the dispatching team.
Shipped : You order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered : Your order has been delivered to the delivery address successfully.
Why have I not received my order yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
I received only few items from the complete order, what happened to the rest of the item?
We always try to send your shipments in a single consignment. Since, we manage our supply chain from different warehouse and supplier you may receive part of your cart items in a different shipment.
I ordered in your website, can I collect it from any of your store?
Currently we do not have the facility of ordering it online and collecting it from the stores.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email from LD BOOKS.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -1000... -> My Orders, if you have placed the order through your log in id.
Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. You may contact us on 9312235086, 011-27387998, 011-27384836, 9350849407 (WhatsApp) to book your order on COD mode.
I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us on 9312235086, 011-27387998, 011-27384836, 9350849407 (WhatsApp)
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
(i) Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
(ii) If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
Net Banking 5-7 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days
I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order or you have not confirmed the order.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to info@LD BOOKS.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
